JFK R/W 22Lに着陸許可された AA2便
風 ”Wind 320/23 Gusting 35”
（ローカライザーの調子が悪く 風はクロスウインドー）
パイロットは R/W 31R を要請
(R/W 31Lは7月まで工事中で使用不可の為 R/W 22/04が使用されている）
管制塔より 滑走路変更の許可が出ないため
パイロットは緊急事態を宣言してR/W31Lに着陸した
